Whacky Cake

Prepare 9×9 greased baking pan, preheat oven to 350

1.5 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cocoa
—mix in large bowl—

1/3 cup Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup cold Water
—blend in small bowl—

Stir small bowl into large bowl
1 tsp Baking Soda – stir in just before pouring into pan

Bake for 30-35 min until toothpick comes out clean
Top with Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge & pie cherries, or — if you make two layers — put the cherries in the middle before you cover it all in frosting.
